Who am I?

I am a Norwegian who moved to the Netherlands, realising I was missing one particular thing from Norway that I could not get the hold of here.

My own introduction came through growing up in the west of Norway, Vestlandet, where Sider is deeply rooted in landscape, tradition, and craftsmanship. Through this, I developed a strong appreciation for the diversity of Sider found across Norway and the wider Nordic region, each shaped by local apples, climate, and culture.

After moving to the Netherlands, I realised how little was known about sider outside the Nordics. Nordic Sider wants to share these flavours and stories, bringing high-quality Nordic Sider to new audiences while honouring the people and places they came from.
